1. Major Gen. Arun Kumar Kher (Retd.)

Maj Gen Arun Kumar Kher (Retd) has done M. E. Mechanical (Automobile Engineering) from VJTI, Mumbai University; MBA and Higher Defence Management Course equivalent to Masters in Management Studies (MMS). He is also a Certified Corporate Director accredited by World Council for Corporate Governance from Institute of Directors, New Delhi. He has over 30 years of experience in Multiple Advisory, Strategic Planning, Technology Transition, Equipment Management, Maintainability Engineering & Instructional assignments, both in Indian Army (Corps of Electronics & Mechanical Engineers) & Corporate Sector. Held in the past prestigious assignments like Independent Director on Board of Director of a Logistics Company, Chief Technical Advisor, Western Army, Chief Maintainability Engineer responsible for planning Engineering Support for Indian Army, Chairperson, Premier Technical Training Institute & Advisor cum mentor Uttarakhand University.

2. Mr. Bishwanath Shukla

Mr. Bishwanath Shukla is a dynamic professional with over 40 years of experience in general management, strategy formulation, business development, marketing, trading of metals and minerals, rail, road and port operations, sea freight, CRM and HR Functions. He is a proven strategist with expertise in managing entire operations with key focus on bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources and has vast experience in managing diverse range of activities for cargo operations including storage, receipt & delivery of shipments. He is a specialist in Green-Field logistics project conceptualization, funding and execution.

He was associated with KRIBHCO Infrastructure Limited as Managing Director till October, 2014 leading the logistics setup. In past, he had been associated with Jindal Steel and Power Limited as President- Logistics, World's Window Infrastructure and Logistics Private Limited as Chief Executive Officer, Adani Group as President – Trading and Mining, Container Corporation of India Limited as CGM – Northern Region and earlier as Group General Manager Corporate Head Office. He also held various senior positions in his around 17 years’ stint with Ministry of Railways (Government of India). During early stages of his career, he was also associated with Gorakhpur University as Lecturer.

He has done his M.A. from Gorakhpur University where he was a Gold Medallist and has done M.B.A. from Strathclyde Business School, Glasgow, United Kingdom.

3. Mr. Sunil Pant

Mr. Sunil Pant is an Independent Director on the Board of Ghazanfar Bank, Kabul. He has done BSc (Hons) Statistics, MSc Physics, LLB and CAIIB. He had retired as Chief General Manager from State Bank of India (SBI) in Dec. 2013 after 37 years of service. He was also Chief Executive officer and Director in Cyber Security Integrators India Pvt. Ltd. In his career with SBI, India’s largest bank, he had a highly diversified exposure to domestic and overseas business development & senior management functions. At the time of his retirement, he held the position of Chief General Manager (CGM) - Financial Control, where he was responsible for Strategy & Planning, Balance Sheet/Capital management, ALM, Investor relations, Economic Research, Business Intelligence, Bank’s Ratings etc. for SBI. Mr. Pant also held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPI) from August 2017 to August 2020. Mr. Pant supports the social sector as an Advisor on the Board of RLEK, a three and half decade old NGO, working in the areas of Tribal and Human Rights.

4. Mr. Appakudal Nithyanand

Mr. Nithyanand has more than 28 years of experience in leadership roles across the infrastructure, real estate, healthcare, and utilities sectors. Before joining Sembcorp, he was CEO, Asia of Roadis Transportation, a global investment and operating infrastructure company. Prior to that, he was the Chief Commercial & Business Development Officer (Airports) at the GMR Group where he was responsible for revenue and growth of its airport business. Over the span of his career, he has led business development and sales, strategic acquisitions and divestments as well as managed key stakeholder relationships. Mr. Nithyanand holds a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, a Masters in Finance from Delhi University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Delhi University.

5. Mr. Ankur Rajan

Mr. Ankur Rajan, an Electrical Engineer from Aligarh Muslim University, has done his MBA- Finance from FMS Delhi. He is acting as the Vice President - Project Execution at Sembcorp Green Infra Limited and is responsible for execution of all the projects at pan India level. He has over 20 years of work experience.

6. Mr. Harsh Bansal

Mr. Harsh Bansal is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; CWA from Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India and a Commerce Graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce. He is acting as the Vice President – Finance & Accounts, at Sembcorp Green Infra Limited, Holding company of the Company. Prior to joining Sembcorp Green Infra Limited, he has worked with Punj Lloyd Ltd.; Samsung Electronics Ltd; Videocon Industries Ltd.; Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd.; Bausch & Lomb Eye Care India Private Ltd. and LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd.

7. Ms. Yap Siew Leng

Ms. Yap Siew Leng is Group Financial Controller of Sembcorp Industries. She oversees the Group’s Financial Control and Planning function, which include group reporting & policies, financial planning & analysis, finance shared services and financial process excellence. Ms. Yap has more than 25 years of work experience with 14 years in the Oil and Gas industry. Prior to Sembcorp, she had held key finance leadership positions at Subsea 7 and as Group Financial Controller at an SGX listed corporation. Ms. Yap is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants U.K. and a Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
